1) Three things I like about my project are one, my color choices. Two I think I had good depth in my pictures and a diverse range of symbols. Finally I like the ideas I had.
2) I would give myself an A because I did a really good job selecting the right brush strokes and creating the right layers that were needed to make my image the best it could be.
3) My biggest struggle with this project was getting all three images done on time. The reason I struggled with this is because I missed a couple days of school last week so I had to hurry and get caught up with everything the class had learned while I was absent.
4) I could use improvement in being a little more creative. I could make this improvement by taking a little more time too look at minor details and make them really stand out.
5) I learned how to make better lines to create fast and slow movement. (Up Slow and Left to Right Fast)
6) The technical skills I learned were were how to use certain tools to get exactly the color or shape or opacity that you want and also I learned how to better use layers and how to hide them or put them behind another layer to make the image completely different.
7) I used line for Fast Movement Down by making the lines be at all different angles at the top and having them all come STRAIGHT down to the middle without any curves or "slow" movement. I used shape in the same image by not making very big shapes that are a distraction to the lines making the image fast. Finally I used bright colors to make the image "pop" and appear fast moving.
8) For Right to Left fast I used multiple arrows changing in size starting at the right and getting smaller as it gets to the left. This made the image appear fast because your eye is drawn to the biggest arrow (at the right) and follows the arrows across to the left. I used very bright colors that stands out from the black background to make the colors really stand out and make the image appear very fast. Finally I used line to bring the eye from right to left by having all the lines start in different places on the right side and end up all at the same point on the left. (appearing fast) Also i used thin lines which seem faster than big lines.
9) I used line to create Slow Movement Up by making the lines curvy to slow down the speed of the image. I used shape in this image by using stars. Each star got smaller and smaller as it got to the top but they were curving from the bottom middle all the way up to the top left slowing the image down more. Finally I used color to create slow movement by having all the colors in this image to be soft but yet I used the Gradient Tool to make the stars start out darker at the bottom but gradually get lighter as your eye moves up to the top left.
